我們確保3TG的采購不會直接或間接助長剛果金或鄰國或受沖突影響和高風險地區的嚴重侵犯人權的武裝沖突組織，給其帶來直接/間接的利益。

我公司承諾根據《經合組織指南》，對礦產的原產地和監管地進行盡職調查，確保3TG來源于被行業組織認證為合規的精煉廠。

透過負責任之采購管理，確保我們及供應商之采購來源非來自沖突地區并符合客戶及法規要求。

We ensure that 3TG's procurement does not directly or indirectly contribute to the direct/indirect benefit of armed conflict organizations that commit serious human rights violations in DRC or neighbouring countries or in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.

We commit to conduct due diligence on the origin and regulatory location of the mineral in accordance with the OECD Guidelines to ensure that 3TG is sourced from a refinery certified as compliant by an industry body.

Through responsible procurement management, ensure that our and our suppliers' procurement sources are non-conflict areas and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
